Twelve months, or pay for the build.
A custom website costs real money to make. If we don’t charge you for it, the year of Care is what pays for it — so the free build means signing a twelve-month membership. That’s the whole catch. We’d rather it was on the pricing page than buried in a contract you find in March.
Free build
No charge for the build. You sign a twelve-month membership. Cancel early and the rest of the term is due — that’s the bit that paid for your website.
Month-to-month
Pay for the build up front, quoted after the audit, then the same monthly rate and no term at all. Cancel whenever, keep everything, nothing to settle.
Either way it’s the same monthly rate. No setup fee, no rise at renewal, and no charge for asking us a question.
Not here for a website?
Automation work doesn’t go on a tier sheet, because what it costs depends entirely on what your week actually looks like. That starts with an audit — a paid one — and gets quoted from what it finds. The process is written out in full, and nothing is priced until we both know what is involved.

- Is the website really free?
- There's no separate charge for it, but you sign a 12-month membership to get it. It isn't charity — the year of Care is what pays for the build, which is why the contract exists. If you'd rather not commit to twelve months, pay for the build up front and stay month-to-month at the same rate.
- What happens if I cancel before twelve months?
- On the free-build plan the rest of the term is due, because that's what paid for the build. On month-to-month there's nothing to settle — you already paid for it, so cancel whenever and keep the lot. Nobody's locked into a site they hate. The two plans just pay for the build differently.
- Do I own the website?
- On month-to-month, yes — outright, from launch. On the free-build plan it's yours once the twelve months are up, or straight away if you settle the rest early. That's the trade for not paying for it up front.
- Why is there a package price here but not for your automation work?
- A website is a known quantity — we can tell you what it costs before we start. Automation work isn't, because it depends on what your week actually looks like. That still starts with a paid audit and gets quoted after. This page prices websites, not everything we do.
- Can I move up a level later?
- Any time — the new rate starts at your next bill. Moving down waits until the end of a term, since the build was priced against the level you started on.
- What's not included?
- Paid ads, photography, copywriting for a site that needs a hundred pages, and anything that belongs to a different profession — a lawyer, an accountant, a brand agency. We'd rather tell you something's outside what we do than do it badly.
