THE PROCESS
How the engagement
actually runs.
Whichever door you came in — a new build, a rescue, getting found, or handing the whole thing off — the engagement runs the same way. Here it is end to end, with nothing hidden: the intake, the calls, your hub, and a bottleneck automated every time we talk.
Intake + a mini audit
It starts with the application — not a quote form, a fit screen. You tell us where the time goes, where you're the bottleneck, what gets dropped when the week goes sideways, and the repeatable processes that run your business across sales, operations, finance, marketing, and intelligence.
We read every word and run a mini audit against it before we ever get on a call. So the first conversation starts with a point of view, not a blank page.
The call
A working strategy call — screen shared, the real process in front of us. We find the single bottleneck costing you the most and start there. No slide decks, no discovery theater. The goal is to move the needle on call one.
Your hub
Every client gets a private hub — your home base for the whole engagement, and the clearest view of what you're getting for your money.
What's in it
- Quick links: your Voxer, your scheduling link, your line to us
- Engagement overview: start date, cadence, primary contact, focus area
- Open action items: yours and ours, pulled from every call
- Call log: one entry per call, newest on top
- How this works: a short reminder of how the engagement runs
What each call-log entry holds
- The date, the length, a link to the recording, a link to the summary
- The top three takeaways and the action items from that call
- And the part that matters most — exactly what we built, in plain language. Something like “we built two skills and three context files.”
You open the hub and you see the work. That is deliberate: the record is the retention.
The first working session, then AOA on repeat
If you're new to Claude Cowork — most people are — the first session is setup, done live while you share your screen. We build your context files (brand voice, about you, voice of your customer, working preferences), connect your tools, write your global instructions, run a light security audit, and schedule a few tasks around how you actually work. It's the boring foundation, and it makes every session after it far more effective.
Already set up properly? We skip straight to your biggest bottleneck.
Either way, every process runs through the same framework — AOA (Audit, Optimize, Automate):
AOA
- Audit: show us the manual process exactly as it runs today.
- Optimize: cut the fat — the steps that don't need to happen at all.
- Automate: turn what's left into a skill you run, or hand it to Cowork instead of doing it by hand.
One bottleneck at a time, for the life of the engagement.
The recap, within minutes
Right after the call, you get a recap email that quantifies exactly what we built that day — and your hub updates with the takeaways, the action items, and the tools and skills we shipped.
The point is speed. You feel the investment paying off before the day is over.
Between calls, Voxer bridges the gap
There are about two weeks between calls. Voxer covers the space in between. Our promise is a 12-business-hour response; in practice you'll usually hear back almost immediately.
Ask the quick questions the moment they come up. That's exactly what it's for.
The renewal earns itself
The ledger does the talking. Your call log and your build log grow inside the hub, so at any point you can look at one page and see precisely what you're getting — and open your own Claude account to see every skill we built and every tool we connected.
That visible record of work is the whole point. Real bottlenecks take more than one call to automate, so this is a multi-month engagement by design.
WHERE YOU START
Same process. Four front doors.
Pick the one that sounds like you. Each opens the path built for it — and every one begins with the audit above.
